and Ruskin Village subdivisions. We strive to make everyone welcome in the neighborhood.

Directors on September 13, 2016

Declaration - This document defines the duties and the responsibilities of the Ruskin Heights Homes

Association and gives them the authority to act on behalf of the association.

Bulky Pickup Options - Information for Landlords who have bulky/trash items and instead of waiting up to

four weeks for a bulky item schedule--they can rent a dumpster and get the trash removed promptly.

Home Repair Program - The City Home Repair Program assists Kansas City, Mo., homeowners by making

URGENT repairs to their homes that they are not able to afford themselves..

Know The Code - For your benefit, regarding the City’s property maintenance and nuisance ordinances, below is

a diagram of “Know the Code” that was provided by the City of Kansas City.

Waste Management Guide - The Kansas City Missouri Public Works Department offers this document to assist

in providing you with the guidelines for proper disposal of your household waste and much more. 

Rental Home Registration - The City of Kansas City requires property owners to register their rental

properties yearly.  New rental property must be registered within 30 days of the change in ownership.

Vacant Property Registration - Vacant property registration is required by City ordinance 081277 as of 2009.

All unoccupied housing units within the City limits of Kansas City, Missouri must be registered with the City.
