Healthy Homes Program

Offered by the Community Action Agency of Greater Kansas City (CAAGKC), this program helps reduce hazards such as mold, carbon monoxide, pests, radon, and unsafe home conditions. Services include inspections, education, and repairs to make homes cleaner, safer, and healthier.

Weatherization Assistance

Free energy-saving upgrades are available to both homeowners and renters. Improvements may include insulation, heating and cooling system repairs, and other energy-efficient updates that lower utility bills and make homes more comfortable year-round.

Kansas City Home Repair Programs

The City of Kansas City offers several free repair services for qualifying single-family homeowners, including:
